Olney Runners

Olney Runners is a England Athletics affiliated running club taking full advantage of the benefits which that entails. As a member of Olney Runners you are entitled to: qualified coaches structured training plans and support weekly group training runs (every Wednesday evening) track sessions (most Monday evenings) Circuit Sessions (most Fridays) Informal Saturday run insurance (as per England Athletics guidelines) whilst training and racing with Olney Runners reduced entry fees at affiliated races for individually affiliated members discounts at most running and sports shops and some local shop discounst, on presentation of your membership card.

England Athletics Affiliation

A decision has been made by the committee that the membership fee will increase for every member by £5 per year. This increase will cover the cost of individual affiliation to Englad Athletcis for every member. EA is the body governing road running and other athletic sports in England and affiliation provides a number of benefits. How to join Olney Runners

Anyone wishing to join the club must complete an Application Form and present it to the Membership Secretary at the first training session.

Fees

TRAINING FEES: New members get 4 consecutive weeks free of charge to try as many sessions as possible.

a. Single adult member £45

b. Under 18 (not a student) £35

c. Over 60 or student £25

d. Family membership (2 or more people living at the same address) 1st member pays 100% full fees (adult £45, student £35, Under 18 or over 60 £25), second member pay 50% of full fees and subsequent family members attend for free

Fees also entitle a member to 2 free "friend" passes per year

Club Kit

As a member you may purchase running kit (vest, t-shirt, long sleeved vest and hoodie) in club colours. We ask that you wear club colours when you are competing for Olney Runners. If you are interested in purchasing nay kit, then please contact Craig Austin (admin@craigaustin.co.uk).
