Cross Country Series
We've seen some great running so far through this series and are looking forward to tackling the next challenge at Delapre. It's great to see such a mix of abilities giving these races a go; they're great fun and you get to eat cake and drink tea at the end! Bedford Half
Well done to all our competitors, there were some excellent performances and some PB's recorded...which just goes to show that the training sessions really do pay off!
Coached Swim Sessions
Please come along and have a go, without your continued support these sessions may not be able to continue! These sessions have really helped everyone's swim technique. For the time being, they will continue on Fridays, at 7pm at Roade School. Please see the Multisport homepage for further information
Wellingborough Multi Terrain Series Title - Can we make it FOUR in a row?
It will soon be time to start the winter mud training in anticipation of the Irchester Multi-terrain (aka quog-mire) Series. These races are great fun and a brilliant way to introduce yourself to the fun that running cross country can be (yes, really!)...more to follow....
This year's 'Overseas Marathon' was the Lake Garda Marathon in Northern Italy
We had two people from the club compete, Dee Bethune and Tom Watson who both performed really well. In addition a number of people competed in the 15k race which took place at the same time along the same route. The weekend was a huge success and one that will be repeated if there's enough people up for it!

FacebookWednesday Night Club runs
Beginners and new starters are welcome to join the club runs on a Wednesday evening, however for your own health and safety you should be able to run approximately 4 miles in under 50 mins (11 - 12 minutes per mile) in order to stay with other runners.
