    We don't offer any coachedcycling sessions but do recommend a turbo seession which takes place each tuesday at 7pm at the Emberton Institute in Emberton (check the calendar for dates). You should to allow 10 minutes to set up as you will need to bring your own turbo and bike along.

     

     

     

  • Athletics

    Athletics

    We encourage runners of all abilities, from those wanting to progress from jogging to those who may want to compete at County level.

    We have a number of experienced Coaches and Run Leaders who facilitate the Wednesday sessions. These sessions are split into ability groups, the group you run with will be dependent on your mile/minute pace. It is important that we place people in the appropriate group in order that the coaching can be most efffective.

    The Wednesday sessions incorporate hill work, speed work, interval and pyramid sessions. By participating in these sessions you will benefit from improvement in your running.

    Come down to the Market Place, Olney on a Wednesdy evening at 7pm and give us a go and come and join us in the Two Brewers afterwards for a pint!

  • Swimming

    We are currenty unable to offfer coached swim sessions through the winter, however, we can recommend visiting the Team MK website and taking a look at the sessions they have to offer.

    We do offer open-water swimming during the summer, which is available at Emberton Park, but is not a coached session and costs £5 per session. This will resume again in May 2016
