Wednesday Schedule

Club night group sessions – every Wednesday, 7-8pm

Meeting in Olney Market Place, members train on the pavements, parks, roads and (when we can) cross-country paths around Olney. Five separate groups are organised by typical running pace, each group led by a group Run Leader. A session might focus on speed endurance, speed work, hill work, fartlek, race technique, pyramids or other activities, and occasionally run a ‘hot lap’ of Olney. Some members end sessions with refreshments in one of the local pubs! Click below to see the current training schedule.
